CANCELLATION

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the session (for free beta clients) or full session fee (for future paying clients).

No-shows are treated as cancellations without notice.

This policy exists to honor my time and energy as a practitioner and ensures that clients who are ready for transformation have access to available sessions.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

Please arrive a few minutes early to ground, breathe, and settle into your space.

If you are more than 10 minutes late without communication, the session may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.

RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Repeated rescheduling (more than twice) may result in no longer being eligible for free beta sessions.

SUNDAYS & AFTER-HOURS POLICY

I do not schedule sessions:

After 7:00 PM

Before 10:00 AM

On Sundays

These boundaries exist to maintain energetic integrity and practitioner well-being.

ZOOM CAMERA POLICY

Your camera must be ON for all Discovery Calls and energy sessions.

This ensures safety, presence, and energetic attunement during the work.

Clients who join with cameras off will be asked to turn them on, or the session may be rescheduled.
